OF INFORMATION FORM needs to be completed by each applicant. The CONSENT FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION FORM applies to all properties.
You will need to fill out either Application #1 or Application #2, which
ever application pertains to the property of your interest. Please read through the descriptions of Application #1 and Application #2 to see which one best fits your needs.

APPLICATION #1
is for all apartments and for tax credit (LIHTC) duplexes (villas). These properties have income qualifications and income guidelines which need to be met. Income and assets will have to be verified. Please refer to the Resident Selection Criteria for additional requirements, located in the back of the application. To find out which duplexes (villas) are tax credit, refer to the Locations & Contacts page of our website where it will say “app #1”.

APPLICATION #2
is for duplexes (villas) that are not based on income and no income guidelines need to be met. Income and assets are not verified for these duplexes (villas). Please refer to the Resident Selection Criteria, located in the front of the application, for requirements. To find out which of our duplexes (villas) are conventional, refer to the Locations & Contacts page of our website where it will say “app #2”.
